Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays. Shipping takes 5–8 business days within the USA, with deliveries handled Monday to Friday by the carrier. You can expect your order within 6–11 business days from the date of purchase.

You have 30 days from delivery to return any eligible item. Items must be unused, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your shipment anytime on our tracking page or directly with the carrier.

Tracking info usually updates within 1–2 business days after dispatch. If your tracking number shows no updates after 5 business days, please reach out to our customer service team.
